Benjamin Steiner has been supporting PBS Holding since 2017 as an external consultant in the implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. In the course of developing a PBS master template based on AX2012 and the subsequent rollout in several countries – including the Czech Republic, Italy, Germany and Slovenia – he made a significant contribution to the standardization and optimization of our ERP solution. The focus was always on standard-based implementation, simplification of processes and high user-friendliness.
Benjamin is characterized by exceptional problem-solving skills. He brings with him deep technical and professional know-how about Microsoft Dynamics as well as a comprehensive understanding of processes, which has quickly made him an indispensable part of our projects. Through targeted support and training, he has strengthened our employees and made a decisive contribution to expanding their skills and independence in dealing with the system.
Particularly noteworthy is his ability to work calmly and purposefully even in intensive project phases – such as the smooth rollout in Italy, which included a complex logistics connection.
